Job description
- Experience in heavy machineries and heavy fabrication
- Raw material inspection – Review of test certificates with respect to standards P.O.
- Witnessing mechanical rest in laboratories – Tensile, Impact, Hardness Bend test
- Inspection of valves, pipes, fittings, pressure vessels, calandria, preheater, tanks, skids, tube bundles etc
- Review of radiographic films, witnessing ultrasonic tests, PT.
- Witnessing of pressure testing of pipes, vessels valves.
- WPS, PQR – review and approval, welder qualification rest witness
- Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures
- Preparing the all documents related with quality submitted to the customer
Education
- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
- Any Postgraduate
