- Collaborate with development teams to create clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure delivery of business value.
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve digital experiences.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to refine and adjust the product roadmap based on feedback and changing priorities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver features and functionalities on time.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the customer journey.
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
CSPO/PSPO Certification preferred
